Refund policy

As this is a food item there is no return or exchange option. We accept refunds and exchanges only if the product is damaged in transit. They must also be unused, in the same condition as received and and in its original packaging. 

Please contact us on whatsapp 8988943111 or email sutlejtribe@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting refund or exchange will not be accepted.

We will need timestamped video and photographs and after inspection we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method. For exchanges, we will send a new item, and you do not need to return the original one.
