Shipping policy

There is FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 1000.   

We ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by courier. We typically ship your order within 2 to 4 days, on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. You will receive tracking information through an Email shortly after your order is shipped. 

Please note that as we are shipping from Kinnaur, a remote location, the delivery time for most pin codes is 5 to 15 days after shipping. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which we assure you of timely and honest communication, and request for your cooperation.

Also, Sutlej Tribe reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
